Dogdrop launches convenient dog care essentials for modern pet parents

Dogdrop, a Los Angeles-based dog care startup, today announced its new product delivery service that makes it even easier to be a good dog parent. The service delivers a two-month supply of sustainable poop bags and paw & bum wipes to the door. Backed by investors such as Science-Inc, Muse Capital, and Leap Ventures, Dogdrop is branching out from its successful dog daycare to offer products that further its mission to provide the best possible care, products, and services to dogs everywhere, so they live longer, happier and healthier lives.

“Our philosophy is simple—dogs need the best care possible to thrive, and dog parents need help providing it,” said co-founder and CEO Shaina Denny. “People have more on their plates than ever and are embracing delivery. We want to give them everything they need to be the best pet parents in a convenient and affordable way.”

Dogdrop offers three different two-month supply options: poop bags, paw & bum wipes, or a bundled package. The durable, leak proof bags are made from plant starch and are certified compostable. A two-month supply includes 120 bags. The wipes are Aloe Vera scented, hypoallergenic, and alcohol- and paraben-free to avoid irritating dog’s sensitive skin and fur. A two month supply includes 64 individually-wrapped wipes — making it easy to take them on the go.

The company opened its doors in January 2020, doing dog care differently by offering a higher level of service and accessible dog care, and featuring physical locations for recreation and activity. Flexible memberships allow dog parents to drop off their dogs when it’s convenient for them. With many people working from home now, working dog parents can drop off their dogs for a few hours at a time. Their dog receives the stimulation they need while parents can be productive at home without distractions. Dogdrop was selected as one of the seven petcare startups from around the world to be part of Leap Venture Studio (Leap) 2020 cohort.
